At Our Spare Change, we want you to love every piece you wear, which is why we offer a 30-day window for returns and exchanges on all non-custom jewelry. Please ensure items are in their original, unworn condition to qualify for a full refund or store credit.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Visit our online returns portal with your order number and email address to select the items you wish to return or exchange.

  Prepare Your Package

  Carefully place your jewelry in its original packaging to prevent damage during transit and include the provided packing slip.

• 3.
  Attach Shipping Label

  Print the prepaid shipping label generated from our portal and securely affix it to the outside of your return mailer.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our team inspects your returned items, we will process your refund to your original payment method or issue store credit within 5-7 business days.
